g2net is the trading name used by the Lithuanian sole trader responsible for this site. That sole trader controls personal data sent by email. Contact consulting@g2net.xyz about this notice or the use of your data.
Data collected
An enquiry sent by email may contain your name, email address, company and message, along with any other details you choose to include.
Purpose
This data is used to reply to enquiries and assess or propose work.
Lawful bases
If you enquire for yourself as the prospective contracting party, GDPR Article 6(1)(b) applies to steps you request before entering into a contract. GDPR Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interests, applies to responding to business enquiries made on behalf of an organization and to site and inbox security and abuse prevention.
Processors and transfers
Cloudflare Pages hosts the site. Direct emails are handled by the providers used to route and host the g2net mailbox. Processing may occur outside the EEA.
Cloudflare states in its Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum that it uses the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where applicable and EU Standard Contractual Clauses for restricted transfers.
Retention
Enquiries that do not become client work are deleted within 6 months of the last contact. Records tied to client work are retained where contracts or accounting law require it.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, as applicable. You may request data portability for processing based on the contract or pre-contract basis, where applicable. Email consulting@g2net.xyz to make a request. You also have the right to complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate.
Site storage
No analytics, marketing cookies, mailing list or CRM is used. Your light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser using localStorage and is not sent to g2net.
